Our return policy lasts 99 days from the date of purchase. To request a return or exchange, use our contact form or email [email protected].
How to request a return
- Open our contact form and enter the email address used for your order.
- In your message, include your order number, the items and quantities you wish to return, and your receipt or proof of purchase. For an exchange, tell us the size or color you need.
- Our team will review your request and reply with return instructions. Contact us before sending your items.
Return eligibility
Requests must be made within 99 days of purchase. Items must be unused. Please include the original packaging if possible. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Gift Cards and Mystery Boxes are non-returnable. Other exclusions and conditions are set out in our Refund Policy and Terms and Conditions.
Shipping and handling
There is a $7.99 shipping and handling fee for returns. You are responsible for return shipping costs, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds and exchanges
After our shipping department receives your return, it generally takes 5–7 business days to process your refund. Your financial institution may take additional time to post it to your account.
